TACTICA INDUSTRIAL was founded with the mission of executing industrial R&D projects, using analytical tools, applied numerical simulation, and experimental testing for the calibration of working models.
Our affiliation with the University of Oviedo as a university spin-off strengthens our research, development, and innovation capabilities.
Furthermore, the RED TACTICA network, of which TACTICA INDUSTRIAL is a founding member, brings together individuals from diverse organizations and companies, fostering environments of creativity and exchange, absolutely essential for driving R&D&i processes that represent genuine technological leaps with economic and social impact on the surrounding community.
Likewise, TACTICA INDUSTRIAL is a full member and member of the Board of Directors of INNOVASTURIAS, a driving force and catalyst for innovation as a key factor in the socio-economic transformation of the region, and of the Femetalindustry CLUSTER, a multidisciplinary cluster aligned with the Smart Specialisation Strategy of Asturias (S3) and primarily focused on companies and global value chains related to advanced metal manufacturing.
The result of proper knowledge management or technological learning translates into product or process innovation.

Renewable energies
We develop R&D projects focused on renewable energies such as hydropower, wind, solar, and biomass, addressing the design, optimization, and efficient integration of these technologies. Our work contributes to maximizing the use of renewable resources and reducing emissions associated with energy generation.
Green hydrogen
We approach green hydrogen R&D projects from a holistic process perspective, including the development of modular alkaline electrolyzers, their integration into plants maximizing available space, and the optimization of H₂ uses. Our focus is on improving efficiency, industrial integration, and decarbonization across various sectors.
Biofuels
We promote R&D projects focused on decarbonization through the production of biofuels using new carbon-free industrial synthesis processes. We develop technological solutions to transport renewable hydrogen and syngas from residual biomass, reducing the carbon footprint in sectors such as transportation.
Industrialized Construction
We apply industrialization engineering to R&D projects to design and optimize manufacturing and assembly processes in industrialized construction. Our approach improves production efficiency, reduces lead times, and minimizes the environmental impact of the construction process.
Health
From an engineering and biology perspective applied to industry, we develop R&D projects in the health sector. We design and optimize processes in both biomedical engineering applied to personalized precision medicine and bioprocess engineering.
