During the initial phase, we will determine the product or process requirements and needs, and establish the project objectives. This phase will also serve to collect all the necessary information for the development, such as documentation, benchmarking studies, state of the art technology.

Having completed the first approach to the project, we will move on to the conceptual design phase. Here we will begin to apply simulation in a qualitative way, relying on it as a tool to aid thinking.
